GED Test Preparation

Description:

The HSE Program provides an opportunity for adults, 18 years or older, and who have not completed their high school diploma requirements, to obtain a certificate of equivalency issued by the California State Department of Education. The HSE tests are national tests in the areas of Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

Preparation will include building computer skills for electronic testing, completing assignments in all four subject areas, improving writing skills needed for three of the tests, and developing in-depth knowledge through project based learning. The GAEN Consortium pays 4 testing fees for those fulltime students that meet the testing requirements.

Location: Merced Campus & Atwater Campus

Childcare: Free childcare available for childre under 3 years old at Merced Campus ONLY for 8:00 AM -12:00 PM classes only.
